Dr. Strangelove

Ahh what it must have been like back in those days. Fearing every day that it might be your last because of an atomic war. Every one had them and every one was testing them. So why not be afraid that humanity would destroy itself? That's not really a question, it is more of an order. Humanity has come close to destroying itself in the past and I am sure we will again.

Before I get into any thing that may wreck the movie for you. Let me just say that if you liked the 1950's and 60's feel of Fallout 3 then you had better just go watch this movie right now. Read beyond this point only if you like spoilers.

This movie takes you on a ride that shows you why some thing like this could happen and shows you the kind of people who would start it. A crazy general who goes mad after he fails to perform in bed and blames it on a Russian plot. That plot is fluoridation of the water systems and he believes it to be damaging to the body.

Once he has figure this out he decides that the only thing to do is destroy the Russians with atom bombs. I am going to stop right here because you really should watch this movie. I can not believe that I have not seen it before and will watch it many more times.
