Legally Blond

Now I know a lot of you are already rolling your eyes and wondering why I bothered but hear me out on this one.

The other day my wife treated herself by buying two Rease Witherspoon DVD's. Sweet Home Alabama, and Legally Blond. The first one I watched was Legally Blond despite feelling like I'd rather be torchered by the Viet Cong.

The movie starts out with Elle Woods (Rease Witherspoon) thinking that her would be senator boyfriend is going to prapose. Instead he dumps her because it's time to stop "dicking around". Now one might think that things couldn't possibly be funny at this point but I did get a chuck when, sitting in a nice place having dinner she cries "So you're dumping me 'cause my breasts are too big?!" and every man in the joint turns to peak at her.

Elle decides to go on to law school to prove her worth to him and winds up in a handful of misadventures before becoming and intern on a murder case.

The movie turned out to be quite humorous actually and I've forced several of my friends to watch it who then admitted even they enjoyed it. So go rent this one, plug your ears through the Hoku songs but then enjoy the comedy.
